Deep Unfreeze

Instructions

1. Acquire debugging privileges by using the Task Scheduler under the Command prompt.

2. Click the Start button at the bottom of your screen. Select "Run" and then find "Command", or "CMD." Enter the command "at (current time plus 2 minutes) pm or am/ interactive taskmgr.exe." Then end "Task explorer.exe."

3. Enter "File/ New Task" when prompted. Then enter "Explorer.exe" to launch the explorer shell under the system account that has debugging privileges.

4. Run Deep Freeze from the system account. Generally, this will be the account that you are on already. If the former steps do not unfreeze your system from Deep Freeze, try using a Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit and follow the next section for directions.
